About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual who wants to break into the recruitment
industry with a UK-based client. This is an office-based role in Centurion and offers a clear
development pathway into a 270 recruiter position.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct targeted business development to generate new client leads
• Build relationships with UK hiring managers and decision-makers
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple roles
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate qualification calls
• Manage parts of the recruitment lifecycle while learning full-desk responsibilities
• Provide weekly activity and performance updates
• Collaborate with internal team members to meet hiring deadlines
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience
What We’re Looking For
• 180 recruitment experience or proven sales/BD experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High energy, resilience and a genuine interest in recruitment
• Ability to work UK business hours
• Driven, target-focused, and eager to learn and progress
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Live within commuting distance of Centurion (office-based role)

You will receive full training, mentoring, and ongoing support to grow into a 270 recruiter role. You’ll
develop key skills in client management, talent acquisition, negotiation, and closing.
