180 Recruitment Consultant – Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering
We are partnering with a leading UK-based recruitment firm to find a specialist 180 Recruitment Consultant with in-depth knowledge of the aircraft maintenance and engineering industry. This role is focused exclusively on candidate delivery — no business development — and is ideal for someone who lives and breathes aviation, especially the technical nuances of maintenance roles.
If terms like B1, B2, CAT A, C-checks, type-rated, and line vs base maintenance roll off your tongue, and you're confident discussing the licensing implications of engine variants like A320 CEO/NEO or B737 NG/MAX, then you’ll thrive in this role. You’ll be sourcing highly skilled engineers and aviation professionals for some of the UK’s most respected aviation employers, with full support from an experienced account management team.
Salary: R28 000 – R30 000 per month
Location: Remote (servicing UK clients)
