<p>Shift4 is seeking an Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team. We’re looking for a dynamic candidate with a proven track record in team management, building strong partner relationships, and coaching in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support daily team operations and provide leadership while embodying the core principles of the Shift4 Way.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Engage with potential merchants to assess, and address, their payment processing needs.</li>
<li>Support the creation and execution of operational processes for the Integrated Partners EM team through different verticals.</li>
<li>Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new team members.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary escalation contact for the Integrated Partners EM team.</li>
<li>Manage a select portfolio of Partner offices to maintain strong relationships and performance.</li>
<li>Consistently project a positive and professional image to sales partners and prospective clients.</li>
<li>Clearly communicate and demonstrate the benefits of Shift4 Payments’ products and services.</li>
<li>Maintain regular contact with sales partners through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.</li>
<li>Drive personal and team success by developing and executing effective sales strategies.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation, including new account paperwork and sales reports.</li>
<li>Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration by coordinating seamlessly with multiple departments and divisions to support organizational objectives.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of industry experience.</li>
<li>Established record of continually meeting and exceeding goals and corporate standards.</li>
<li>Established record of acting with professionalism and courtesy, especially when working with other teammates and departments.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a group setting, contribute ideas for further growth and direction of department.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills, especially with email and tasks.</li>
<li>Ability to work with and effectively use multiple companywide systems and departments with ease.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate with team members as well as other departments.</li>
<li>Ability to problem solve and implement solutions.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation.</li>
