Key Responsibilities:
Global Sales & Business Development
Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing.
Build and manage a strong pipeline across US, UK/EU, Africa, and GCC.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare sales decks, demos, proposals, and technical documentation.
Customer Success & Account Management
Manage onboarding, training, and retention of enterprise customers.
Maintain strong relationships with C-level and decision makers.
Reduce churn by proactive business reviews and strategic engagement.
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite.
Manage escalations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Technical Support Integration
Work closely with support and product teams to resolve client issues.
Understand API workflows, verification logic, AML screening rules, and dashboard features.
Convert customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
Market & Product Growth
Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends.
Support marketing and pre-sales content creation.
Contribute to product roadmap and feature improvement discussions.
Requirements
Requirements Must-Have
5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success (preferably SaaS).
Strong exposure to KYC/AML, Fintech, Fraud Prevention
Experience handling global markets (US/UK/EU/GCC).
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
