You’ll work closely with the revenue, orders, and customer success teams to review each contract and determine the appropriate billing. You will also collaborate with collections to determine the best way to approach the client and then execute their plan to bring in the maximum amount of timely payments. Additionally, you’ll help create and implement new processes to improve our order-to-cash strategies. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work as part of a dynamic team and thrive in a fluid and dynamic environment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position reports to our Sr. Manager, Billing & NetSuite Order Management, and offers the opportunity to be based in our Bangalore, India office. The candidate must be available to work during US Eastern Time business hours (log in at 8 am EST).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Dialpad’s Billing team plays a critical role in achieving corporate financial objectives. The billing team is responsible for timely billing, as well as resolving any customer-related billing disputes. The Billing team works closely with Deal Desk, Orders, and CS teams to ensure that all orders are processed, billed, and collected accurately and timely.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate who can leverage their accounting skills to further develop and expand our A/R, billing, and assist with the ongoing integration of Suitebilling. Our ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced in NetSuite, Salesforce, and understands systems and integrations.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment, preferably in a SaaS companyBusiness or accounting-related degree or diplomaFast learner & self-starter with a problem-solving mentality, ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle new challenges.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Accounting software experience, including the accounts receivables and cash modules.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Meticulous attention to detail.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>
