Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation, enhancing team dynamics and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to align on goals and expectations.
Assessment: Assess team maturity in Agile practices and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Coach) preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or in a Scrum Master role. Proven experience in transforming teams to Agile practices.
Skills:
Expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and drive change at various organizational levels.
Proficient in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
