Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions in accordance with project plans, and complete the deployment and configuration of application software;
Deliver professional training to key users, enabling clients to independently operate and manage the application software;
Collaborate with team members to promptly track and efficiently resolve technical issues related to the application software;
Work closely with the product development team to analyze and address complex technical challenges associated with the application software.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in installing, deploying, and maintaining application software, with practical exposure to industrial software environments;
Proficient in containerization technologies, cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and the Linux operating system;
CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above, with strong spoken and written English communication skills;
Demonstrated teamwork orientation and interpersonal communication abilities, with the capacity to thrive in cross-functional collaboration settings.
