<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<p>As the <strong>Marketing Specialist, DACH</strong>, you will be responsible for <strong>developing and executing localized marketing strategies</strong> that generate demand, deepen customer engagement, and enable sales success.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with <strong>Sales, Global Marketing, Partner, and Customer Success teams</strong>, leveraging your creativity, analytical thinking, and drive for action to deliver measurable results.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Develop and execute integrated marketing plans</strong> for the DACH region, aligning closely with Minitab’s EMEA growth objectives.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally</strong> with Sales, Partner Enablement, and Customer Success to deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.</li>
<li><strong>Drive digital demand generation</strong> through multi-channel campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, events, and social media.</li>
<li><strong>Leverage data and automation</strong> (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize campaign performance and track ROI.</li>
<li><strong>Act as a regional marketing ambassador</strong>, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies while tailoring content and messaging for local markets.</li>
<li><strong>Bring an entrepreneurial mindset</strong> — identify new opportunities, test innovative approaches, and take ownership of driving measurable impact.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate with sales teams</strong> to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and customer retention.</li>
<li><strong>Champion customer focus</strong>, understanding market needs and delivering value-driven messaging that resonates with our audiences in Financial Services, Technology, Digital Health, and Software sectors.</li>

<h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2>
<p>We’re looking for a collaborative, entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for sales alignment, customer engagement, and measurable marketing impact.</p>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (CIM or equivalent qualification preferred).</li>
<li>2–5 years of B2B marketing experience in Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing. Digital Health, or Software industries.</li>
<li>Proven track record in digital demand generation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of digital channels, performance metrics, and customer journey mapping.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills — native or fluent German speaker with strong English proficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset — takes initiative, embraces challenges, and drives ideas from concept to execution.</li>
<li>Customer- and sales-focused approach, with an ability to translate marketing activity into business results.</li>
