Responsibilities
- Comprehend and communicate the boutique's vision and strategy to team members, ensuring alignment and motivation.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to enhance team development and performance, providing coaching and training to maximize growth.
- Support the Boutique Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
- Ensure efficient boutique operations by adhering to company policies and improving operational processes.
- Lead client and portfolio development initiatives to enhance client relationships and loyalty.
- Foster strong relationships with business partners, particularly department stores, and manage necessary documentation and reports.
Qualifications
