We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Business Development for our office located in the Kingdom of Bahrain to join our team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Business Development within the Remittance/cross-border payments/ Financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi and Bengali. Ability to communicate in Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- The candidate must be locally based in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be the local support and contact point for queries of existing agents. He or She will also be responsible for:
1. Dealing with Bangladesh TCP banks to acquire best rates and grow the relationship with Bangladesh TCP's
2. Promoting EzRemit among B2B partners in Bahrain and in Bangladesh
3. Drive sending customers to choose EzRemit service across Bahrain and grow customer base for the B2B partners.
4. Visiting Partner locations and interacting with partner's employees to understand challenges and promote EzRemit services.
5. Reporting to the management regarding developing trends affecting future growth potential for both Bahrain and Bangladesh
6. Negotiating terms with partners and interact with the senior management
