Responsibilities
- Support the Safety and Security Manager in ensuring a safe and secure environment within the Maison.
- Assist in overseeing safety and security operations for the resort's opening in the Seychelles.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to minimize risk and loss.
- Manage emergency response procedures effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and responses.
- Conduct regular security audits.
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in security management or related fields within the hospitality industry.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk management strategies.
- Proven ability to manage a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of fire and life safety systems and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and other security technologies.
Experience Requirements
