Associate attorney would be responsible for drafting pleadings, discovery responses, discovery demands, drafting and responding to motions and reviewing medical records.  The attorney would also be responsible for attending court appearances and depositions.  The position also entails drafting reports to and communicating with clients with respect to all of the aforementioned responsibilities.
