<p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Blockchain Developer – Backend Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our senior engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure blockchain-based backend systems. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of Web3 innovation and contribute to cutting-edge decentralized applications and services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency development, with opportunities to contribute to both infrastructure and token-based ecosystems.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain backend components of blockchain-based applications.<br><br></li>
<li>Work with smart contracts, distributed systems, and cryptographic protocols.<br><br></li>
<li>Build and integrate APIs for interacting with blockchain networks and external services.<br><br></li>
<li>Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to ensure seamless user experiences.<br><br></li>
<li>Write clean, secure, and well-documented code.<br><br></li>
<li>Assist in testing, debugging, and deploying blockchain-based applications.<br><br></li>
<li>Monitor and optimize performance of backend systems and smart contract interactions.<br><br></li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in blockchain development.<br><br></li>

<p>Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.<br><br></li>
<li>1 – 3 years of experience in backend development.<br><br></li>
<li>Solid understanding of programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust.<br><br></li>
<li>Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar.<br><br></li>
<li>Basic understanding of smart contracts and tools like Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Hardhat.<br><br></li>
<li>Exposure to cryptocurrency protocols and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721), including experience with wallet integration or token lifecycle management.<br><br></li>
<li>Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL).<br><br></li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills.<br><br></li>

<p>Nice to Have</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper).<br><br></li>
<li>Experience developing or contributing to cryptocurrency systems or DeFi protocols (e.g., token contracts, exchanges, wallet infrastructure).<br><br></li>
<li>Exposure to DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).<br><br></li>
<li>Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, or NFT platforms.<br><br></li>
<li>Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.<br><br></li>
