Job Summary
We are looking to hire an Automation Manager with experience of Automation systems set up and Project management to support our business in Türkiye. The ideal candidate should be located in Sakarya or İzmit.
Responsibilites
Understand the requirement for the automation, design and develop automated systems, automated production lines for chemical manufacturing for better productivity and improvement in quality
Determining the automation capabilities of an organization’s processes or products
Testing and monitoring automation systems of resin, mortar & admixture system plants
Ensure new programs, incentives, workflows, and other features are loaded timely according to the launch schedule and in coordination with training and communications
Provide support to the Electrical Maintenance Team
Provide input to the strategic Engineering improvement plan
Defines procedures, standards and processes to cover all areas of Process Automation Services
Requirements
Have a relevant degree such as Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Computer Engineering
At least 5 years experience is preferred in Automation systems set up and Project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with others
Time management skills to meet the strict project deadlines
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
