<li class="p1">Implement and utilize AI and intelligent agents to accelerate test generation.</li>
<li class="p1">Transition from manual test development to AI-driven automation solutions.</li>

<p class="p1">Test Framework Governance</p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of existing frameworks.</li>
<li class="p1">Analyze failures/escapes, identify root causes, and implement solutions.</li>
<li class="p1">Drive a culture of quality through ongoing improvements in methodologies.</li>

<div class="p1">Test Reporting & Analytics</div>

<li class="p1">Design and develop reports to provide visibility into test suite performance.</li>
<li class="p1">Implement alerting systems for prompt failure notifications.</li>

<div><strong>What You'll Bring: </strong></div>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li class="p1">3–5 years of software testing experience.</li>
<li class="p1">At least <span class="s1">1 year of hands-on experience with Playwright</span> (Puppeteer acceptable alternative).</li>
<li class="p1">Strong experience in automation testing and frameworks.</li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Experience with </span>UI and REST API testing<span class="s1">.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Familiarity with </span>AI tools in testing/software development<span class="s1">.</span></li>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Proficiency in </span>JavaScript, Python, Golang, or similar<span class="s1">.</span></li>
<li class="p1">Experience with test management & defect tracking systems.</li>
<li class="p1">Experience with <span class="s1">CI/CD pipelines</span>.</li>
<li class="p1">Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li class="p1">Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">Hands-on experience with </span>PyTest, Ginkgo, or similar frameworks<span class="s1">.</span></li>
