Responsibilities
- Provide personalized advice to clients on makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
- Engage clients to introduce them to Chanel's makeup, fragrance, skincare, and exclusive collections.
- Introduce new products to clients, ensuring they receive necessary technical information.
- Maintain a commercial focus and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Actively invite clients to join the Chanel database and maintain relationships through services and events.
- Ensure optimal boutique presentation through effective merchandising and adherence to marketing guidelines.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Completed education in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.
Skills
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work according to Bijenkorf's opening hours.
Experience Requirements
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
Education Requirements
Completed education in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.
