Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand Benefit products to provide expert sales advice.
- Achieve sales targets for the store.
- Perform brow and facial waxing services with precision.
- Efficiently manage stock levels at the Brow Bar to ensure continuous availability.
- Convey and share enthusiasm for the brand with every customer.
- Maintain the Brow Bar's appearance in line with marketing guidelines (layouts, merchandising, point-of-sale).
- Cultivate excellent relationships with team members and store management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain expertise in beauty.
Qualifications
- Education in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
- At least one year of experience in cosmetic or perfume sales; experience in brow waxing is advantageous.
- Intermediate to high proficiency in English.
- Immediate and full availability.
Skills
- Strong sales acumen and product knowledge.
- Proficient in brow and facial waxing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a luxurious and inviting retail environment.
- Keen awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
Education Requirements
Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image.
