Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
- Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities, including special promotions and product launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
- Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
- Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or a university degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
