Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, including shopping bags and wrapping paper, to facilitate seamless operations.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown during boutique opening and closing.
- Manage the morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, along with maintaining backstock.
- Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
- Collaborate closely with Management and Boutique Administrators to maintain merchandise in optimal condition.
- Greet clients and assist with Reception duties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to all protocols set by Management and Corporate to enhance the client experience.
- Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
Skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized with multiple projects.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and verbal skills.
- SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
