- Support the organization and animation of the boutique reception area.
- Assist Boutique Sales Associates in their selling ceremonies to create unique client experiences.
- Actively participate in the deployment of in-store service offerings, including customer service, hospitality, and food and beverages.
- Participate in the personalized welcome of clients with scheduled appointments.
- Apply internal processes meticulously and communicate effectively to address client needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience with relevant suggestions.
