Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all administrative tasks within the office.
- Provide operational support to the Retail team as needed.
- Assist the Product and Merchandising teams with daily tasks.
- Utilize SAP for purchase order creation, vendor management, and related payment tasks.
- Support the Retail team in month-end processes, including overtime, rosters, and expenses.
- Address and resolve boutique inquiries in coordination with office functions, including product delivery tracking and repair requests.
- Manage boutique compliance tasks, including price and compliance tag arrangements and translations.
- Assist in managing PLV inventory, including shoppers, visual merchandising props, and uniforms.
- Report defective products to headquarters and coordinate repairs and logistics.
- Troubleshoot and report system errors in Retail Pro, SAP, Collection Book, and Sales Force.
- Handle stationary orders and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in English is required.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Customer-centric with a growth mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in numerical tasks and MS Office tools.
