Role Purpose
We’re looking for a designer who understands how a professional services brand needs to show up.
You’ll shape how Cognia looks and feels across our client decks, campaigns and internal communications, turning rough ideas into sharp, on-brand visuals that land well with our clients and our own teams.
If you’re confident in PowerPoint, at home in Adobe and Canva, and curious about how AI can support creative work rather than replace it, you’ll enjoy this role.
This is a part-time role, and we’ll rely on you for a consistent four-hour block each day, with flexibility for quick requests when priorities shift. You’ll spend a bit of time in the office when you start to get familiar with the brand, our products and our clients, then the option to work remotely with office check-ins.
Company Profile
Cognia seamlessly extends corporates, banks and law firms’ legal capability to deliver sustainable outcomes. Our goal is to connect the legal sector, moving it from a siloed approach to integrated partnerships. We help in-house legal teams by bringing simplicity to complex matters and replacing broken procedures with efficient processes.
Cognia is a Chambers-ranked law company which integrates how legal services are provided so our team, partners, clients and communities thrive together with people at the heart of what we do. We encourage our people to bring their whole self to work and focus on enabling them to realise their full potential.
