We are now opening an internship opportunity for aspiring consultants who want to build a career in business consulting, behavioural strategy, public affairs or organisational advisory.
Requirements
During the internship, you will:
- Conduct research on organisations, industries, public affairs issues and behavioural trends
- Prepare briefing documents, slides, interview notes and analytical summaries
- Assist in stakeholder mapping, risk analysis and cultural/behavioural insights collection
- Support senior consultants on client diagnostics and project preparation
- Participate in internal meetings and occasional client sessions (where appropriate)
- Assist with project coordination and documentation
- Contribute to brainstorming, problem-solving and insight development
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism
Who We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong research, analytical and organisational skills
- Curious, proactive, detail-oriented
- Able to work hybrid in London (1–2 days in office per week)
- Strong interest in consulting, organisational psychology, strategy, public affairs or geopolitics
- Highly reliable and professional
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong appetite for learning and growth
Desirable (Not Required)
- Studies in psychology, business, political science, economics, IR, sociology or related fields
- Experience in consulting clubs, research groups, societies
- Knowledge of public policy, organisational behaviour or international contexts
- Additional languages
