Role overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Business Continuity - Manual Tester to join our team as part of our Business Continuity efforts. In this role, you will act as a real-world user, interacting with TVs in a home-like environment to ensure product quality and stability. Your job will be to test features manually - just like an everyday customer would - and report any issues or unexpected behavior.
Key responsibilities:
- Use TVs in a natural, user-like way to simulate real-life usage scenarios
- Identify and document issues, bugs, or unexpected behavior
- Create tickets with clear descriptions, steps to reproduce, and screenshots or videos when needed
- Collaborate with product teams to share findings and observations
- Follow the use testing checklists and scripts provided by the QA team
- Participate in testing new features, app updates, or firmware changes
- Help ensure our products meet a high standard of user experience and functionality
Requirements

- You communicate well in English, both spoken and written
Nice to Have (but Not Required)
- Previous experience in testing or quality assurance
- Familiarity with basic tools like spreadsheets or ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira)
- Interest in consumer electronics or smart TVs
