<p style="text-align: justify;">Adprime is the largest digital Healthcare publishing platform and programmatic provider that offers solutions for reaching healthcare professionals (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Our proprietary DSP delivers precision targeting on a percentage-of-media-spend billing model and our Exchange aggregates premium digital inventory. We’re looking for a seasoned business development professional to drive revenue growth, secure both demand-side and supply-side partnerships and help shape our product strategy through client insights.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Business Development Manager will own the full partnership lifecycle, with a direct revenue goal tied to DSP media spend and exchange transactions. They will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new demand-side partnerships, expanding supply relationships, and collaborating with clients to identify product needs and inform feature development. This is a high-impact role where success is measured by revenue growth, partner retention, and actionable feedback to guide product innovation.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="TextRun SCXW6735446 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW6735446 BCX8"><strong>Revenue Generation & Pipeline Development:</strong></span></span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Build and manage a pipeline of DSP clients, agencies, and inventory suppliers.</li>
<li>Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals tied to DSP media spend and exchange deals.</li>
<li>Track performance and report progress against revenue KPIs.</li>
<li>Partner with programmatic sales to ensure curated PMP access is available to DSP clients, enabling them to activate advertiser spend.</li>
<li>Monetize, sell, and highlight the value of 1st Party Data as it relates to HCP and DTC.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Partnership Outreach & Sales:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Drive adoption of the DSP and onboarding of premium publishers/SSPs.</li>
<li>Negotiate commercial terms (percentage-of-media-spend fees, revenue shares, technical integration).</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Product Feedback & Development:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Act as the voice of the customer, collecting partner feedback on features and performance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap and enhancements.</li>
<li>Help define requirements for tools, reporting, and data integrations that improve partner satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Relationship Management:</strong></p>

<li>Serve as the key point of contact for new and existing partners.</li>
<li>Identify upsell opportunities, grow partner relationships, and drive long-term engagement.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong></p>

<li>Stay ahead of programmatic, HCP/DTC data trends, and regulatory changes</li>
<li>Leverage competitive analysis to refine our positioning and go-to-market approach.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Onboarding & Enablement:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Partner with AdOps to ensure smooth technical integrations and campaign setup.</li>
<li>Develop partner-facing collateral, playbooks, and performance reports.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>4+ years in ad tech business development, with proven success in achieving revenue targets.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in driving DSP and/or exchange partnerships that resulted in measurable revenue growth.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Industry Knowledge:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>In-depth understanding of programmatic ecosystems (DSP, SSP, RTB, PMP).</li>
<li>Familiarity with health care provider and consumer targeting, data privacy, and compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Skills:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Strong revenue-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ability to translate client needs into actionable product and feature recommendations.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Technical Aptitude:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Understanding of DSP operations, campaign analytics, and data integrations.</li>
<li>CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience with analytics/reporting platforms.</li>
