An ADP Client, OnScreen, is
actively seeking to add a Business Development Representative to join
their team.

About the Role:

OnScreen is on the prowl for the
next OnScreener to help put the word out about the simplest and best digital
adoption platform that gives business users the confidence to do any task no
matter how complex the system or process. We are a small team of super
passionate people about what we do, why we do it and who we do it with.

As a Sales representative, you
will have help OnScreen continue to grow by generating and managing leads,
seeking new logos and growing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is highly
self-motivated and great at uncovering customer needs, matching OnScreen
product value to the customer’s and able to generate excitement to help close
the business.

Responsibilities:

• Generate own leads
  and perform prospecting activities via social media, email, and phone.
• Qualify inbound
  leads and manage the sales process
• Perform product
  Demos 
• Document, maintain
  and report on sales activity and forecasting
• Cultivate partner
  relationships

Skills and Qualifications:

• • 2+ years of technology sales experience
    preferably with Enterprise SaaS
  • A deep understanding of Enterprise Organizations
    procurement/acquisition process
  • A thorough understanding of the sales funnel and
    process
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, management
    information systems, marketing, or related field
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Speak other languages like Spanish, German or
    French is a plus
  • Have experience with large ERPs and CRMs
    especially SAP is a plus
  • Enterprise B2B experience is a plus
