<p data-start="299" data-end="624">Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth, connecting with restaurant owners and operators to introduce them to TouchBistro. Your days will be filled with high-energy outreach (calls, emails, texts) and meaningful conversations that drive pipeline and impact.</p>
<p data-start="626" data-end="993">Joining TouchBistro as a Business Development Representative means your growth is our priority from day one. You’ll kick off with our dynamic Sales Bootcamp and continue developing through weekly 1:1s, hands-on coaching, and mentorship from leadership. <li data-start="1285" data-end="1355">Communicate the value of our platform with confidence and enthusiasm</li>
<li data-start="1358" data-end="1427">Stay on top of restaurant tech trends and the competitive landscape</li>
<li data-start="1430" data-end="1484">Keep your activities accurately logged in Salesforce</li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You Bring </strong></span></p>
<h4><strong>Must Haves:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience or exposure to sales, ideally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you’ve built comfort engaging prospects, handling objections, and moving conversations forward</li>
<li>Strong preference for hospitality experience </li>
<li>A natural relationship builder; able to earn trust and connect quickly</li>
<li>Resilient, driven, and able to bounce back from rejection</li>
<li>Passionate about learning, growth, and continuous self-improvement</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3x/week in our Toronto office)</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Nice to Haves:</strong></h4>

<li>Prior experience in high-volume sales and/or cold calling</li>
