The Revenue Operations team is the cross-functional department for the company's various business functions (Sales Development Representative (pre-sales), Sales, Account Management (post-sales and renewals)).
It manages day-to-day structural projects to support Welcome to the Jungle's growth and the commercial teams' development ambitions.
The Revenue Operations team is the main point of contact for other departments of the company: Marketing, Finance, Product, Media and Corporate Production, which gives it a comprehensive view of business issues across the company.
You will be part of the Revenue Operations team and will work with the global Revenue team composed of around one hundred employees.
This Revenue Operations internship is based on three themes: performance analysis, optimization of tools and processes, and knowledge management.
Data analysis & Reporting:
You will be responsible for collecting data extracted from our CRM (HubSpot) and the various dashboards we use. In collaboration with other team members, your role will be to monitor and drive performance indicators for the commercial teams in order to:
- Understand how the customer cycle works, from pre-sales to sales, through onboarding and renewal, and propose recommendations based on the data.
- Write reports and share them with teams during key moments: monthly report, Revenue All Hands… For example, you may be asked to provide a detailed report on a strategic business topic, offer interpretations and recommend actions.
- Liaise with the data team to advance major projects related to the company's growth.
Processes and tools:
You will be responsible for optimizing certain processes operated by the different business functions of the team. In particular, to improve cooperation with two teams that will be key for you: Finance and Data.
- Developing new commercial workflows to reduce the sales cycle (implementation of outbound scenarios, segmentation of client portfolios by typology, etc.)
- Monitoring and analyzing performance data of sales activities to implement corrective actions via new tools.
Documentation and team support:
As the guardian of knowledge of our methods, you will be the preferred contact for teams to ensure learning and perfect adoption of our processes. In this role you will:
- Write and update our internal knowledge base
- Create and manage training sessions for teams
- Collect feedback
Preferred experience

- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and Dataviz (Omni)
- Previous use of a CRM like HubSpot or familiarity with this type of tool
