Role Purpose
The Campaign Specialist supports the design, coordination, and execution of campaigns, tasks, and services for all serviced portfolios within the Campaign Center. The role ensures timely and high-quality delivery, compliance with the legal framework, and alignment with organizational objectives. The Specialist works closely with the Team Leader, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of the Campaign Center.
Main Responsibilities
- Executes daily tasks assigned by the Campaign Center Team Leader, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Assists in implementing alternative communication channels (email, Viber, self-service platforms).
- Supports the execution of outbound communication campaigns (letters, emails, SMS) and assist in preparing campaign materials.
- Monitors campaign progress and performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective debtor engagement.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution and compliance with regulations.
- Contributes to initiatives that enhance borrower experience and promote effective, compliant communication.
- Supports budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination for campaign-related expenses.
- Assists in KYC-related campaigns and data validation, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Promotes process improvements, cost efficiency, and adherence to company policies, quality standards, and data protection requirements
Requirements
Education, Experience, and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, or another relevant field (Master’s Degree considered an asset).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role within the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data handling, reporting tools, and communication systems will be considered an advantage.
