Responsibilities
- Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
- Engage customers in conversation during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
- Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist with backstage maintenance.
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures, striving for excellence in assigned tasks.
- Communicate supply needs to the Supervisor and ensure compliance with sample policies.
- Assist in reducing company expenses while maintaining service standards.
- Complete daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier experience is desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Experience with cash handling is desirable.
- Basic computer skills are desirable.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not mandatory.
