Description:
We have an immediate opportunity for the right candidate in our civil engineering practice.
This candidate must have previous experience in the design of site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects, and must be able to plan, develop, and direct engineering projects varying in size and complexity.
The successful candidate must be able to earn the confidence of our clients through elegant, practical, and timely engineering solutions.
Responsibilities and Skills:
Proficient technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures Effective communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
Willingness to accept increasing levels of responsibility, and demonstration of continued and progressive technical and leadership experience.
Understanding and awareness of project budgets and profitability.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. and local design codes and standards.
Requirements
Must-have:
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
5 years of civil engineering experience
Experience with site development design, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects.
Nice-to-have:
Experienced with Civil 3D
Additional information:
Candidate must live in or near Rogers, AR. Relocation offered. The amount will depend on where a candidate currently resides.

Interview process:
First interview would be a 30-minute phone call with the HR Manager.
Second interview would likely be a Teams virtual meeting with the civil team, followed by an in-person meeting and tour.
The typical time frame from the first interview to a decision is 2-3 weeks, depending on a candidate's availability to do the final in-person interview.
