We are seeking a dependable Civil Storekeeper to manage receipt, issuance, and storage of civil construction materials. The role is critical in supporting the site team with timely and accurate inventory handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect civil-related materials on delivery.
- Maintain proper storage and stacking of items to avoid damage.
- Issue materials based on site requisitions and approvals.
- Update stock register, bin cards, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams on deliveries and shortages.
- Prepare GRNs and support internal audits and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in stores/inventory management.
- 2-4 years of experience as storekeeper in civil contracting firms.
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and consumables.
- Computer literacy in Excel and inventory software preferred.
