Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by maintaining an omnichannel approach and proposing innovative sales ideas.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and leverage this information to personalize client interactions.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watches and current lifestyle trends.
Skills
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Proficiency in digital tools and understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of integrity and transparency.
