Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal client base using CRM tools.
- Ensure high-quality customer service to meet client expectations with a personalized approach.
- Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
- Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
