- Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcoming techniques.
- Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Utilize styling expertise to mix and match products, catering to client needs.
- Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Some experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
Skills
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
