Responsibilities
- Assist Client Advisors in delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Support the team in understanding and catering to client needs and preferences.
- Learn to build and maintain client relationships using in-house clientelling tools and systems.
- Assist with store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support promotional events and activities.
- Gain insights into the Louis Vuitton brand, its history, and its values.
- Provide general support to the Client Advisor team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in any field.
- Must be a Jordanian national in compliance with local legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in customer service and the luxury retail industry.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
