Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of cloud services in production, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
- Coordinate internal teams and external service providers for incident resolution and problem management.
- Implement and monitor performance KPIs.
- Manage production incidents and problems, identifying root causes and solutions.
- Supervise change implementation and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery plans for critical applications.
Qualifications
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in managing cloud services in production.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management, including managing service providers.
- Proficiency in ITIL principles and ServiceNow.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Cloud certifications (Azure, GCP) and ITIL certification.
- Project management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of significant experience in cloud service management in production environments.
Education Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent from a business school.
