Responsibilities
- Adjust and operate 3 and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Produce components in accordance with technical specifications.
- Ensure quality assurance from the start of production.
- Develop and refine new programs.
- Monitor production using SPC (Statistical Process Control) and adhere to quality control plans.
- Provide technical support to production operators and apprentices.
- Perform first-level maintenance on equipment.
- Organize production based on priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- CFC in micromechanics or polymechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
Skills
- Proficiency in setting 3 and 5-axis machines for watch components.
- Expertise in traditional and optical control tools such as Marcel Aubert and OGP.
- Programming skills with software like Alphacam and Creo.
- Experience with Willemin-Macodel, Almac, and Bumotec machines is advantageous.
- Dynamic, autonomous, meticulous, organized, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience Requirements
Experience in setting 3 and 5-axis machines specifically for watch components (ebauche and mechanism).
Education Requirements
CFC in micromechanics or polymechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
