The Company Secretarial Administrator will support the company's administrative functions related to its compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, in terms of its listing on the JSE Limited. The role focuses on organizing, maintaining, and tracking necessary documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all administrative tasks tied to the ongoing continuing obligations in respect of the JSE listing s are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
