We are hiring a motivated Compensation & Benefits Supervisor to join our team at Nasoft.
Key responsibilities :-
Contribute to reviewing and analyzing current salary structures and benefits offerings to ensure internal alignment and external competitiveness.
Assist in developing and updating salary scales for all roles and departments.
Participate in job evaluation processes and maintain updated job grading structures.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews based on industry standards and sector-specific data.
Support the development of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Review and audit all compensation calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support the design and implementation of benefits packages that align with company strategy and employee needs.
Coordinate with third-party providers to negotiate benefits plans and resolve any issues.
Ensure all employee benefit transactions are processed accurately and on time.
Supervise monthly payroll preparation and verify that all employee changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, rate changes) are correctly reflected.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll updates, payments, and statutory deductions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support financial audits.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws including wage tax, tax settlement, and social/medical insurance regulations.
Handle employee inquiries, requests, and complaints related to compensation and benefits.
Prepare periodic reports and analytics requested by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’sdegree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
HR Certificate or Diploma is required.
Very good command of English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills across MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and applicable legislation.
Comprehensive understanding of salary structure design and job evaluation methodologies.
Experience working with HRIS systems.
Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
