<h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>senior-level freelance recruiter</strong> to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on high-impact searches across the U.S. and Canada. This role will focus on <strong>sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier, values-aligned talent</strong> across diverse functions—including Engineering, Product, Data, and senior leadership roles.</p>
<p>You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house recruiting team to build strong pipelines, lead candidate engagement, and help drive hiring excellence during a key growth phase for CookUnity.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with hiring managers and the in-house recruiting team to <strong>own full-cycle searches</strong> or key portions of them, depending on project needs.</li>
<li>Build strong pipelines of <strong>top active and passive candidates</strong> through strategic sourcing and personalized outreach.</li>
<li>Act as a <strong>trusted partner and advisor</strong> to hiring managers—supporting intake, calibration, and hiring strategy discussions.</li>
<li>Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring <strong>clear communication, timely feedback, and a high-touch approach</strong>.</li>
<li>Lead <strong>interview debriefs and structured decision-making</strong>, ensuring alignment with CookUnity’s values and leadership principles.</li>
<li>Collaborate on <strong>employer branding and market positioning</strong> to attract A+ talent in competitive markets.</li>
<li>Leverage tools like <strong>LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM</strong>, and AI-based sourcing platforms to optimize reach and efficiency.</li>
<li>Track and share progress using a <strong>data-driven approach</strong>, identifying opportunities to improve funnel health and time-to-hire.</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>About You</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience</strong>, ideally in <strong>product-led, high-growth environments</strong>.</li>
<li>Proven ability to recruit for <strong>Tech/Engineering, Product, or Data roles</strong>—and familiarity with U.S. hiring markets.</li>
<li>Strong <strong>sourcing expertise</strong> and creative strategies to engage passive candidates.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with <strong>senior stakeholders</strong>, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on recruiting support.</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>ATS and CRM tools</strong> (we use Greenhouse) and strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter.</li>
<li>Excellent <strong>communication and relationship-building skills</strong>—you know how to represent the brand with professionalism and warmth.</li>
<li>Self-starter who thrives in <strong>fast-paced, dynamic environments</strong> with minimal oversight.</li>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>North American and LATAM markets</strong>.</li>
<li>Understanding of <strong>talent marketing and employer branding</strong> tactics.</li>
<li>Conversational Spanish is a big plus.</li>
