<p><strong>What would you do in this role?</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our small-but-mighty recruiting team and help us support hiring at all levels of the business. We need someone who can bring strong technical recruiting chops, a team-first mindset, and the ability to dive in right away. We are looking for someone who loves the whole process of searching for and finding great hires.</p>
<p>You’ll work directly with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and close. You’ll also collaborate closely with our tight-knit Recruiting team, sharing ideas, problem-solving together, and partnering on roles/initiatives.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and who brings a consultative, proactive approach to hiring.</p>
<p>No two days look exactly the same, but here’s what you’ll be focused on:</p>
<ul>
<li>Owning and managing full-cycle recruiting for a subset of technical roles</li>
<li>Building strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and create effective search strategies</li>
<li>Sourcing and engaging passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, forums, and in-house proprietary tools</li>
<li>Guiding candidates and hiring teams through a thoughtful, structured, and inclusive interview process</li>
<li>Keeping our Greenhouse pipeline clean, organized, and up to date so we can track progress and spot opportunities</li>
<li>Working hand-in-hand with Recruiters to share insights, support shared goals, and elevate the overall candidate experience</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities and experimenting with AI-driven tools and tech, including AI-assisted candidate vetting and code review platforms, to streamline and enhance our hiring processes</li>
<li>Educate and empower our recruiting team by sharing knowledge and training on the latest AI and technical evaluation tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in technical recruiting skills</li>
<li>Championing The Motley Fool’s mission and values throughout the candidate journey</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What do you need to apply?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li>
<li>A strong track record of hiring across a wide range of technical functions- including engineering, data, infrastructure, and technical leadership</li>
<li>Understanding of how to assess technical skill sets and confidently evaluate candidate alignment</li>
<li>A strong grasp of technical concepts- you don’t need to code, but you should know the difference between React and React Native, and feel comfortable holding your own in a chat with a developer</li>
<li>Experience acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership</li>
<li>The ability to step into a fast-moving environment and quickly earn trust- you're confident owning processes, communicating transparently, and making smart decisions with minimal hand-holding</li>
<li>Clear, confident, and kind communication skills- with both candidates and internal teams</li>
<li>Ability to adapt quickly, work autonomously, and thrive in a remote-first, collaborative team culture</li>
<li>A proactive and resourceful approach, with excitement to contribute ideas and drive improvements</li>
<li>Knowledge of Greenhouse (or similar ATS platforms) is a plus</li>
</ul>
