Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat appointments.
- Personally connect with customers to demonstrate products and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
- Conduct engaging daily team meetings to promote open communication and recognize achievements.
- Develop innovative in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Ensure the counter is fully stocked, monitor inventory levels, and report concerns to the Area Manager.
- Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers.
- Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks to support store operations.
- Create fair and effective monthly staff rotas to optimize coverage and support sales goals.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays.

Experience Requirements
