Responsibilities
- Define and manage the CRM Product Roadmap, bridging business stakeholders and technology to ensure seamless collaboration and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into CRM use cases, features, and user stories.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and promote a shared product vision to oversee the full lifecycle of the product.
- Report and monitor KPIs to evaluate CRM product evolution, performance, and business impact.
- Drive a user-centric approach, ensuring a consistent omnichannel product experience.
- Contribute to the Digital Product Roadmap through knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Support change management and user adoption through communication and training.
- Coordinate rollout activities at global and regional levels, ensuring successful implementation.
- Define and implement the client data governance framework, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee data collection and enrichment processes to maintain a unified customer view.
- Ensure integration and alignment between CRM, clienteling, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Partner with IT and Digital teams to optimize data architecture and flows.
- Support the design and management of customer segmentation models for personalized engagement.
- Leverage analytics and insights to drive business decisions across Marketing, Retail, and Client Experience.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM Specialist in digital, retail, or luxury environments.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM and Clienteling processes, customer data architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience with enterprise CRM, CDP, and Marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages as a plus.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships across departments.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Requirements
4-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM Specialist in digital, retail, or luxury environments.
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
