The Role
As a CRM Manager, you’ll drive the development, execution, and optimisation of customer relationship marketing programmes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your mission is to deliver personalised, data-driven experiences that enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value across Vanquis’s product portfolio. You’ll own the CRM roadmap, lead multi-channel automated campaigns, and collaborate with data and analytics teams to create targeted, impactful communications. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital transformation, embedding best practices, and ensuring compliance with data regulations while mentoring the team to build technical expertise.
