WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- CRM planning & execution of marketing campaigns. Develop meaningful user segmentation and personalisation of CRM journeys, in order to achieve user satisfaction and retention goals.
- Work closely with the Data Team on analysing user & market data to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalisation, and conversions.
- Design personalised CRM campaigns, including audience strategy, channel deployment, and campaign management.
- Build, test, and deploy CRM journeys for our various user segments from our Direct-to-Consumer business, and also strategic partners.
- Measure as well as present CRM results and insights to key stakeholders to optimise performance.
- Work closely with Tech and Operations, to ensure that we’re always delivering reliable user journeys.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that strategies, content, and offers are aligned with strategy, and deployed at high standards.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- More than 3 years of working experience in Marketing, or other relevant fields.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Good understanding of CRM software such as CleverTap (or equivalent tools such as Netcore, MoEngage, HubSpot).
- Experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, and A/B testing. Candidates from e-commerce backgrounds will have an added advantage!
- Good track record of testing and improving digital & CRM campaigns.
