Andromeda Robotics is an ambitious social robotics company with offices in Melbourne and San Francisco, dedicated to creating robots that seamlessly and intelligently interact with the human world. We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team, on a contracting basis, as Customer Success Facilitators, or as we like to call it, our very own Robot Wranglers.
In this role, you’ll represent Andromeda Robotics and our mission to reduce loneliness and spark joy through technology. You’ll work alongside Abi, our empathetic AI companion, to engage with residents and patients in nursing homes and children’s hospitals through conversation, games, and music.
You’ll lead group sessions and one-on-one interactions with Abi, helping to foster genuine connections, bring energy, and make every session enjoyable for all participants.
