As we expand our user base and training portfolio, we’re looking for a driven Customer Success & Sales Representative to support prospective learners and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for leads interested in Workearly’s training programs. Your role will combine consultative sales with ongoing learner support, helping professionals choose the right program and succeed throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Handling inbound leads via phone, email, and chat
● Conducting discovery calls to understand each lead’s career goals
● Presenting training options and guiding users through enrollment
● Following up with leads and closing subscription sales
● Managing CRM tasks, notes, and activity tracking
● Maintaining strong relationships with active learners
● Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve the learner journey
● Gathering feedback and identifying improvement opportunities in services and processes
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
● 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or client success
● Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
● Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport
● A consultative, learner-first mindset
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations
● Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
● Fluency in Greek and English
● Experience in EdTech or tech-related environments is a plus
