This is a high-impact, analytical role responsible for administering the firm's critical data infrastructure and translating complex data into actionable business intelligence. The Data Analytics & CRM Lead will fully own the HubSpot CRM, generate performance insights for marketing and sales, and develop operational analytics to support the Investment Management team.
Prior Experience: 3–6 years of experience focused on data operations, CRM administration, or analytics roles, ideally supporting sales and marketing functions. Experience in a financial or real estate-related industry is preferred.
