Responsibilities
- Actively engage on the sales floor to enhance boutique sales and achieve objectives.
- Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and establish comprehensive action plans.
- Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
- Support the boutique manager in setting individual and collective objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Provide immediate feedback and development support to team members, ensuring motivation and cohesion.
- Ensure outstanding service is offered to all visitors and embody TAG Heuer's brand values as a passionate Brand Ambassador.
- Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships and support clienteling objectives.
- Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and supervising store expenses.
